Nav Lalh

I’m Nav Lalh, Co-Founder of Little Learners Hub and an Early Childhood Education Specialist and Consultant with over 17 years of experience supporting young children, families, and educators across Australia and internationally.

I have always had a genuine love for teaching and believe the early years are a special time where children develop their confidence, independence, curiosity, and love for learning. As a Montessori Guide, Lead Educator, and Early Years Consultant, I am passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore, discover, and reach their full potential.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children from diverse backgrounds and celebrating each child’s unique strengths, interests, and individual learning journey. My approach is centred around building strong relationships with children and providing meaningful learning experiences that support their social, emotional, communication, and developmental growth.

Alongside my work with children, I enjoy mentoring educators and sharing practical strategies that support high-quality early learning environments. Through my studies in Training and Assessment and formal coaching and mentoring training through the Department of Education, I continue to develop my ability to support and guide educators in their important role.

Through Little Learners Hub, I am passionate about sharing my experience, knowledge, and love for early childhood education to support children, families, and educators in creating positive learning experiences that make a lasting difference.

Angela Underwood

I’m Angela, Co-Founder of Little Learners Hub and one of our Early Childhood Education Specialists and Consultants, with over 18 years of experience supporting young children, families, educators, and early learning services. I am passionate about nurturing young minds during the most important years of their development. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how children learn and grow, ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and inspired throughout their learning journey.

As an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist and Consultant, I work closely with children to build confidence, language development, school readiness, literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional development through engaging, child-centred learning experiences. I also mentor and coach early years educators, supporting their professional growth and sharing evidence-based practices that enhance teaching, learning, and outcomes for children.

I believe that fostering children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development empowers them to become independent, confident, and enthusiastic learners. Whether supporting families through personalised educational guidance, consulting with early learning services to create high-quality learning environments, or helping children develop the skills they need to thrive, I am committed to making a positive and lasting impact.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life. Together with the Little Learners Hub team, we are dedicated to empowering children, families, educators, and communities through expert early childhood education and consulting.
