What We Stand For

Our mission at Little Learners Hub is to strengthen the foundations of early learning by providing expert consulting for families and organisations, engaging online tutoring for young learners, and meaningful educational resources that support children’s development.

WE AIM TO:

  • Empower children with the confidence and skills they need to thrive in classroom settings through fun, interactive, and personalised tutoring in school readiness, literacy, and numeracy.
  • Support parents in creating intentional, developmentally appropriate home environments that align with their child’s unique needs and milestones.

  • Equip early years organisations and educators with practical strategies, professional development, and tailored consulting that promotes holistic teaching environments, problem-solving, and child-centred approaches.

At Little Learners Hub, we are dedicated to making early learning a confident, supported, and joyful experience for all.

Nav Lalh

I’m Nav Lalh, the Co-founder of Little Learners Hub, and I bring over 17 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education—spanning both Australia and international settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams, working closely with families, and supporting young children across a wide range of developmental needs and cultural backgrounds.

Having worked as a Montessori directress, lead educator, and early years consultant, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to build confident, capable learners and how to create environments that truly support the whole child. My work has taken me from classrooms in Dubai to high-performing centres in Australia, and across every role, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping children thrive and supporting the adults who guide them.

I’ve have completed Cert IV in Training and Assessing and have formal training in coaching and mentoring through the Department of Education, which has strengthened my ability to train and support educators and leaders within early childhood settings. This experience allows me to offer not just strategies, but real, practical guidance that is grounded in day-to-day realities—whether it’s supporting staff development, improving learning environments, or guiding families through important milestones.

Angela Underwood

I’m Angela, Co-Founder of Little Learners Hub with over 18 years of experience in early childhood education. I am passionate about nurturing young minds during the most important years of their development. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how children learn and grow, ensuring each child feels valued, supported, and inspired every step of the way.

In addition to working directly with children, I have also been actively mentoring and coaching early years educators—supporting their professional growth and sharing best practices to enhance teaching and learning across the sector.

I believe in developing children’s skills and knowledge to physically, emotionally and socially interact with their environment enables children to become independent, happy and enthusiastic learners. Whether it’s building early literacy and numeracy skills or fostering social-emotional development, I am committed to helping each child reach their full potential in a warm, caring, and stimulating environment.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life.

Our Vision

At Little Learners Hub, we envision a future where every child enters the classroom feeling confident, capable, and ready to learn—because they’ve been surrounded by the right support from the very beginning.
We believe that empowering parents, educators, and early years professionals creates strong, nurturing environments where children can grow, explore, and thrive holistically. Through thoughtful guidance, effective strategies, and a focus on developmental milestones, we aim to be a trusted partner in every child’s early learning journey.
